That's exactly what I needed (30 km) - 18.05.2013
After an intense week at work with many meetings I was looking forward to this Saturday. (diesen Bericht gibt es hier auf Deutsch...)
Since I could only go for a run once, the need for a longer distance was massive.
Therefore I allowed myself a nice longer run of 30 km in 2h 45min enjoying the beautiful weather.
The run went perfectly and now I feal just great ;)
