Allerdings heisst das heutige Resultat, dass ich mein Intervalltempo erhöhen muss. Denn Tempotraining, das einen nicht völlig fertig macht, das ist nicht der Sinne der Sache ;)
(EN) Running an intervall trainig is always quite a challenge, but I have do admit, today it went absolutely perfect. My pace is getting better and better.
But this means, I have to increase the pace of my intervall training. Because running a pace training session without being completely exhausted afterwards, is not what it's supposed to be ;)
