Even if my 2014 Two Oceans Marathon is already the 6th one, this time I want to take it more seriously and approach another personal best and finish in a sub 5 h time.
In 2009 I ran my first Oceans and had a professional training plan, developed by one of the toughest running coaches in Germany, Peter Greif (http://www.greif.de).
Since 2014 will not only have Two Oceans but also Comrades on my list, I decided to invest again in a proper training plan by Peter Greif. I'm already a bit scared thinking about his very tough speed sessions, but I know it will pay off.
