Two Oceans 2014 Training started (English) - 08.12.2013

Last week I started training more seriously again for the 2014 Two Oceans. It's 19 weeks to go. 

Therefore also last week I got back into speed- or intervall-training once a week and increased my milage. Last week 68 km, this week 76 km, 4 sessions/week. 

I'll stick to the some 80 km/week for about two weeks before I add another few kays again.
